Shipping Information
We pack and ship from our Barcelona studio. Due to the handmade nature of our products and based on availability of materials, some orders may take up to 7-10 business days to ship. As soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information. If you have a special message to send in the package, we will happily accommodate your request, send an e-mail for it.
Easy Returns & Exchanges

Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund for the item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Repairs
If your jewelry needs a repair due to quality of workmanship, we will repair or replace your item for free.
In the case that jewelry has been damaged, it can be repaired for a fee that will be determined by the repair that is needed.
